Mexico

Sheryl worked together with the Ministry of Public Administration and the United Nations on Drugs and Crime,supporting a two-day workshop entitled “Strengthening Protection for Whistle-blowers in Mexico” was conducted. Several speakers representing Canada, Chili, the UK, and the United States all provided insight into their existing laws and best practices. As a result, Mexico is now considering a separate well-defined whistleblower law from their current General Law of Administrative Responsibilities. We look forward to assisting Mexico where we can as they consider their options
