Procurement Fraud & Abuse Prevention and Detection Training

Our company’s training is customized to the client’s procurement methods, thereby ensuring the content is delivered consistently within the procurement environment of which it operates. We also have a collection of customary training modules that have been developed and delivered for a broad range of professions, including auditors, investigators, fraud examiners, law enforcement officials, procurement professionals, and others.

Procurement Fraud & Abuse Risk Assessment

An individualized assessment of our client's unique degree of risk(s) to the traditional misconduct schemes of procurement fraud and abuse. It includes pinpointing which of the schemes are most likely to occur within the client's procurement processes and the potential impacts if those schemes are not prevented, detected and/or reported. The results are summarized and contain cost realistic recommendations consistent with the client's business structure and risk tolerance thresholds. Our
assessments are consistent with recommended global methods utilized by the United Nations and the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions.

Contract Review

Procurement Integrity Assurance Review

An organization-wide evaluation of the client's policies, procedures, and operations to ensure they are implemented correctly in order to provide reasonable assurances regarding the prevention, detection, prompt reporting, and capability to respond to the risks of improper contracting. We use an evaluation method designed around our proprietary PICS Procurement Integrity Control System model. This exclusive model aligns with the International Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission - Integrated Framework, the U.S. Government Accountability Office Framework for Managing Fraud Risks in Federal Programs, and the various best practices reported by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development.
